Scope

A few examples of what we can handle

  1. Foreign direct investment structuring and implementation across jurisdictions
  2. Strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and other forms of international investment
  3. Public-private partnerships, concessions, infrastructure projects, and other government-linked investment arrangements
  4. Project companies, special-purpose vehicles, joint-venture structures, shareholder arrangements, and project governance
  5. Regulatory approvals, licenses, permits, sector-specific requirements, and foreign-investment restrictions
  6. Government-facing negotiations and coordination with ministries, regulators, municipalities, investment authorities, and other public bodies
  7. Project and development agreements, including construction, operation, supply, services, management, and other implementation contracts
  8. Legal due diligence, project-risk assessment, contractual risk allocation, and coordination of local legal requirements
  9. Investment incentives, investment protections, treaty considerations, stabilization provisions, change-in-law risk, project implementation, regulatory changes, renegotiation, claims prevention, and exit or restructuring strategies
How We Work

Structure the investment. Clear the path to implementation.

We begin with the investment or project itself: what is being developed, acquired, financed, operated, or delivered; where the capital will be deployed; which parties and public authorities are involved; and what approvals, rights, contracts, and protections are required for the project to proceed.

From there, we coordinate the legal structure with the regulatory and practical path to implementation. This may involve the investment vehicle, local partners, government interfaces, permits and licenses, project contracts, risk allocation, and the legal requirements of more than one jurisdiction.

The objective is not merely to establish the investment on paper, but to create a legal framework capable of carrying it through approval, development, operation, change, and, where necessary, restructuring or exit.

From opportunity, through capital investment, to implementation.

Structure the investment around the approvals, contracts, public authorities, protections, and project risks that will shape its path from commitment to delivery.
